Common Problems We Fix
Recognise one of these? Get in touch and we'll get a technician to you.
Not cooling properly
Blowing warm air, weak airflow, or struggling to reach temperature. Often a refrigerant, compressor or blocked-filter issue.
Leaking water
A blocked condensate drain or frozen coil is the usual cause of water pooling around an indoor or outdoor unit.
Strange noises
Rattling, buzzing or grinding usually points to a loose part, failing fan motor or worn bearing before it fails completely.
Tripping the breaker
An electrical fault that needs diagnosing quickly. We treat breaker trips as urgent, same-day call-outs.
Bad or musty smell
Usually mould or bacteria build-up in the coil or drain pan. A deep clean and service clears it.
Won't turn on at all
Could be anything from a tripped isolator to a failed PCB. We diagnose on-site before quoting any repair.
Regular Servicing Keeps Repairs Away
Most breakdowns are preventable. A yearly service catches small issues before they become expensive repairs, and keeps your unit running efficiently.
